About Sarah

Sarah received her Bachelor’s degree in Behavioral Science and Psychology from Metropolitan State University in Denver, Colorado. In addition to her mainstream education, she received professional certifications from Eastburn Hypnotherapy Center in Westminster, Colorado, and The Ravenheart Center in Erie, Colorado. She trained with the Coaches Training Institute (CTI) in San Francisco, California, and apprenticed under Steven Forrest, a world-acclaimed Evolutionary Astrologer and Author. Sarah was also trained and certified by Dr. Linda Backman, a licensed psychologist and spiritual author specializing in Past Life Regression Therapy and Life Between Lives Spiritual Regression Therapy. Most recently, she completed a six-year apprenticeship in Integrative Breathwork with Deborah Jacobson at Path to Transcendence.

Sarah lives in Denver, Colorado with her husband Sergio. Their large families, close friends, and fur babies fill their hearts and keep them busy. In their spare time, they can be found camping, travelling, watching movies, and walking their dogs at the park. Summertime brings live outdoor music, foodie festivals and of course, Red Rocks!

Additionally, in her spare time, Sarah enjoys creating, performing and singing with a local community theater group, SoUUl Stage. Lastly, along her spiritual journey, she has found purpose in leading Women’s Spirituality Circles, providing an outlet for connection and the sharing of wisdom in sacred space.
