What is meant by the term Source?
In the simplest sense of the word, your ‘inner source’ is the space inside of you where you feel grounded, centered, alive, on purpose, and in alignment with your truest sense of Self. When we connect with our inner source, we come upon a wellspring of our inner wisdom, ready and willing to guide us along our path, and experience the Epic Journey of Life.
A Psycho-Spiritual Concept
The term ‘Source’ has been called by many names. Some may call it the True Self. Some may call it the Soul. Some may refer to it as Energy, Spirit, Divinity, or God. Some may connect to a more general sense, such as Nature or the Sky. The relationship with Source is personal to each individual, and the multitude of paths available for returning to it can also offer a collective, unifying experience.
Regardless of the name you use, if you've found yourself on this page, you may have felt the call to connect with your Source!
Why is this so Important?
When we lose touch with ourselves and stray from our inner guidance, we may become vulnerable to the chaotic circumstances that are prevalent in the troubled world we are facing. Many of us may feel lost and uncertain of how to move forward in our lives. We may have become unconscious, and are emoting and behaving from that lost space, without even knowing that we are doing it. Or, we may know, but don’t have the support or knowledge of how to change our patterns.
In providing a safe space for my client’s inner journey to their inner Source, a necessary part becomes realizing how they’ve strayed and become hooked by their human conditioning and old patterns: physically, emotionally, mentally, and spiritually.
